One of Sydney’s most historically significant sandstone buildings, Oddfellows Hall required a meticulous restoration to preserve its architectural grandeur. Our scope of work included but not limited to:
- Comprehensive restoration of Parapet wall. Including Structural Reinforcing.
- Rebuild and detailed restoration with stone masons and metal fabricators.
- Historically accurate new timber windows.
- Repointing of ensure sandstone façade to restore timeless character.
- Implementation of conservation measures to ensure long term stability.
- Transformation of lower ground into residential unit.
Our restoration of Oddfellows Hall stands as a true testament to our expertise in heritage conservation, where we’ve successfully balanced the preservation of historical integrity with the implementation of modern construction methodologies. This project required a high level of collaboration, involving extensive engagement with the client, architect, engineer, heritage consultant, and subcontractors, ensuring every detail was meticulously addressed.
