Entry ID Requirements & Dress Code

Entry Conditions:

  • A valid photo ID is required (Driver’s license, Proof of Age Card, or Passport).
  • We accept physical cards or via the Service NSW App.
  • Physical Card: Security will scan the card and take a photo of the individual.
  • Service NSW App: Guests log into the app, click on their driver’s license, and select “Sign-in to the Venue.” Guests will then scan the QR code and have their photo taken.
  • All personal information collected is handled in accordance with privacy laws and used solely for compliance and safety purposes.

Dress Code:

  • Smart casual to sophisticated attire is required.
  • No shorts, singlets, or cut-off sleeve shirts (dress shorts are acceptable)
  • No open toe shoes for males or thongs
  • No steel cap boots
  • No branded gang apparel
  • Management & security reserve the right to refuse entry if guests display quarrelsome conduct, or are suspected of being overly intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, or suspected of any other criminal behaviour.

To secure your booking at Harem, a 20% deposit is required. For dinner packages, the remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to your booking date. All other packages can have the balance settled on the night at the venue.

To get started, simply fill out our enquiry form with your details and preferred package. Our team will then contact you to confirm availability and arrange the deposit, which is essential to hold your reservation. Deposit amounts vary depending on your chosen package and group size, and we’ll provide full payment details and confirmation once your booking is locked in.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash payments at the venue. Group bookings will be invoiced for payment via direct deposit, otherwise we can arrange to have payments taken directly at the venue by appointment.

Yes, we work closely with Caffe Roma to ensure all dietary requirements are met. Please advise us of any allergies or preferences at the time of booking so we can provide suitable menu options for your group.
