As an added\u00a0safety measure, all MT Series VI units include an input AC\u00a0breaker rated for full power. The independent IGBT-based\u00a0MT Series VI units are among the largest standard switchmode\u00a0power supplies on the market, minimizing the number\u00a0of switching components when comparing to smaller module\u00a0sizes. Scaling in the multi-megawatts is accomplished using\u00a0the UID47 device, which provides master\/slave control: one\u00a0power supply takes command over the remaining units, for\u00a0true system operation.<\/p>\n<p>250 kW modules come standard with an embedded 12-pulse\u00a0harmonic neutralizer, ensuring low total harmonic distortion\u00a0(THD). Even higher quality AC waveforms are available\u00a0with an external additional 500 kW 24-pulse or 1000\u00a0kW 48-pulse harmonic neutralizers, designed and manufactured\u00a0exclusively for Magna-Power Electronics products.<\/p>\n<p>All MT Series VI power supplies come standard with isolated\u00a037-pin external I\/O, RS232, Remote Interface Software,\u00a0IVI drivers for integration into a variety of programming\u00a0environment Three front panel types are available\u00a0for maximum application flexibility. The A Version provides\u00a0front panel control and calibration, start and stop buttons,\u00a0and a digital display for voltage and current. The D Version\u00a0front panel adds a 10-key digital front panel entry, memory\u00a0sequencing, and modulation capabilities for non-linear output\u00a0profile
