The number of 1500 V photovoltaic installations is rapidly increasing and so is the need for electrical safety testing of such installations.
The Metrel MI-3115 tests 1,500V DC and I/V up to 24kW rating. The unit is also unique in that it safely tests insulation resistance of strings at 1,500V DC. The irradiation and cell temperature are measured in real time with the Wi-Fi wireless remote unit.
The MI-3115 PV Safety Tester also comes together with a P1405 5-year Metrel Smart Cloud Pro subscription (available free of charge until the end of 2024). The subscription offers access to two new online (cloud) services: Metrel Cloud Reports and Metrel Cloud Storage (24 GB). At this moment, they offer only creation and storage of professional test reports (for the MI 3115 PV Analyser).
